Kente Studios is looking for a Social Media Manager.

Requirements;

1. 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
3. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
4. Good understanding of Youtube strategy, SEO, analytics and audience growth.
5. Excellent communication, organization and content-planning skills.
6. Creative thinker with understanding of digital trends.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment.

Reponsibilities;

1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Manage Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Youtube.
3. Plan, schedule, publish and optimize content.
4. Grow the company's Youtube channel (Shorts and long-form).
5. Use social media management/scheduling/analytics tools to track and improve performance.
6. Monitor trends, audience engagement and platform performance.
7. Collaborate with creative, production and editorial teams.
8. Prepare performance reports and recommend growth strategies.
