Requirements;

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or a related field (MBA will be a plus).
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities;

1. Develop and implement strategic business plans while ensuring complince with regulations.
2. Oversee manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Drive revenue grwoth through effective sales strategies and manage budgets.
4. Lead product development and innovation in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
5. Oversee operations across cosmetic manufacturing, focusing on production, quality, supply chain, sales, finance and compliance to ensure efficency and growth.
