Fan Milk PLC is seeking to hire for Sales Trade Marketing Manager.

Requirements;

1. Degree in Business Administration, Communications, marketing ro a related field.
2. 3-5 years experience.
3. Strong commercial background in Sales and/or Marketing.
4. Very good interpersonal, oral, and writen communication skills.
5. Creativity, analytical/numerical skills, and strong presentation abilities.
6. Ability to make decisions and react fast to changing environments.
7. Understanding of customer/consumer shopper techiniques.
8. Ability to use data/analytics and leverage insights within a CRM stragegy.
9. Insight generations and application.
10. Strong interest in the consumer goods market, brands, and competitors.

Responsibilities;

1. Drive outdoor channel growth through development and execution of strategic initiatives.
2. Expand the nationwide network of vendors and agents.
3. Develop and execute initiatives that strengthens outdoor trade marketing performance.
4. Report to the Head of Trade Marketing.
5. Generate and apply insights to improve execution and commercial outcomes.
