Public Event Manager

Zonda Tech Ghana Limited is looking for a Public Event Manager.

Requirements:

1. A Master's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
2. Minimum experience of 5-10 years of proven working expericence in corporate PR and event management within Ghana.
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to conduct independent external negotiations and draft professional business correspondence.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage full-cycle corporate events, including government and industry ceremonies, award galas, product launches, and official company activities.
2. Oversee all logistical phases: application for permits, venue reservations, on-site execution, budget control and post-event documentation.
3. Maintain the company's positive public image by proactively managing media relationships and crisis communication protocols.
4. manage all external resources including event organizers, media partners, and industry associations.
5. Organize, update and maintain corporate promotional materials, brand profiles and official publicity content.
