Jospong Group of Companies is hiring for a Learning and Development Coordinator.


Requirements;

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or equivalent L&D certification (preferred).
  3. 3-5 years experience in L&D, training coordination, or an HR generalist role with strong L&D focus.
  4. Experience adminstering and LMS.
  5. Experience in a multi-country/multinational environment (preferred).
  6. Exposure to blended learning design (adantage)


Responsibilities;

  1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with HR and line manager.
  2. Compile the annual L&D calendar.
  3. Align training plans to business strategy and individual development plans.
  4. Coordinate design and delivery of internal training programmes.
  5. Source and manage external training providers.
  6. Schedule and logistically manage training events (venues, travel, materials).
  7. Maintain and adminster the LMS (upload content, tract, completion generate reports).
  8. Ensure accurate training records for all staff.
  9. Coordinate and deliver structured onboarding/induction programmes for new joiners across all JIB locations.
  10. Support implementation of leadership development programmes.
  11. Coordinate mentoring and coaching schemes.
  12. Manage graduate/trainee development programmes.
  13. Ensure all mandatory/regulatory training is scheduled, tracked and completed on time.
  14. Maintain compliance training registers.
  15. Compile monthly/quarterly training reports, track training hours/completion rates/ROI.
  16. Present insights to the Head of HC.
  17. Manage relationships with training vendors.
  18. Process invoices.
  19. Support L&D budget tracking and variance reporting.
  20. Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Human Capital.
