Accountant

Requirements;

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
2. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICA Ghana or equivalent.
3. Minimum 3-5 years relevant accounting experience.
4. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP AND Ghanaian tax regulations.
5. Excellent understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Reponsibilites;

1. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
2. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
3. manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
4. Oversee payroll adminstration and employee expense tracking.
5. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations and company policies.
6. Conduct internal audits and support external audit activities.
7. Provide financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making.
8. Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning.
9. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
