Accountant

LMI Holdings is seeking to hire for Accountant.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
2. A professional certificate in ACI or Accounting/Finance as CA/ACCA/CIMA or its equivalent.
3. Minimum five years relevant experience in financial management.
4. Knowledge of the Ghana Free Zones regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the preparation of the Company's Annual and Monthly budget preparation and ensure strict budgetary Compliance.
2. Oversee Revenue Generation and Reporting to mitigate any potential Revenue Loss.
3. Oversee and review the preparation of the Company's Monthly, Quarterly and Anual Management Report to the Holdings Group.
4. Ensure the completion of the Company's Month-end and Annual Financial closure for its External and Internal Audit.
5. Ensure Compliance and Adherence to Company policies and the LMI Core Values.
6. Oversee subsidiary treasury to ensure liquidity.
7. Processing approved purchase orders and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
8. Accounts payable & receivable management.
9. Bank reconciliations review.
10. Responsible for monthly statutoy fillings = PAYE, VAT, WHT, SSNIT etc.
11. Maintain good documentation practices of relevant financial transactions invluding scanning and maintaining a comprehensive and efficient filling system.
12. Lead Financial Forecasting and Analysis for business decisions.
