Sales & Distribution Executive

Novaplug is seeking to hire for Sales & Distribution Executive.

Requirements;

1. Results-driven and commercially minded.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proactive and self-motivated.
4. Previous sales or business development experience (preferred).
5. Familiarity with the Ghanaian retail or electronics market is an advantage.
6. A valid driver's license (advantage).

Responsibilities;

1. Identify and develop new retail and distribution opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Drive sales and expand NovaPlug's market presence.
4. Conduct market visits and gather insights.
5. Prepare regular sales reports.
